For Earl Park Rest Area: Campground is located in a small city park the Campground was not yet open when we drove by Mid-April (restrooms locked & picnic tables stacked under a shelter). The #'s on electric boxes seemed to be the only indication where various sites are located through the grassy wooded area. There is an extremely nice HUGE wooden play structure built by the community. Restrooms are in small metal buildings - which were still locked.

For Earl Park Rest Area: We loved it here. Quiet, clean with plenty of space at each site. We recommend it for $15.

FunyFarm
For Earl Park Rest Area: Unlike the last reviewer , we love it. $15 bucks for water and electric. Beautiful grounds, care taker says whatever, then smiles. Yes it's grass but hey. Gotta love it.

DJ
For Earl Park Rest Area: Sites not level. On grass. Only 20 amp electric so not enough to run AC on a very hot day. No local TV channels. Under trees so no satellite either. Still $5 to dry and $15 for electric.
