For Cloverdale RV Park: This park is close to our home so we dropped in to just take a look without our trailer. Narrow entry with signs everywhere including one stating everyone must follow *the rules*. There was a sign indicating we had to check in at the office but we weren't staying so we pulled forward a very small distance (as in we never left sight of the office) and turned around in a pullthrough to leave. A man waved us down with obvious irritation in front of the office. He asked us in an unfriendly tone what we needed and we stated we just wanted to take a look at the park. Without any inquiry about our interest as a customer he launched into chastising us for not going into the office and if we did we would have known to follow *the rules* "dude" such as not driving on the grass. I suppose my tire must have touched the edge of the grass when I turned through the gravel pull through or something? Anyway it was a very strange and unfriendly interaction. Man's got a right to his rules I suppose but they felt much more important than friendliness and attracting a new client.

For Cloverdale RV Park: Clean, quiet, well-kept grounds. All amenities working well. Polite, accommodating staff. We liked it well enough to stay on the return trip. Bring quarters: 2 loads washed and dried =$8.

For Cloverdale RV Park: Beautiful park like setting. Very well kept. Unfortunately we have to rate it down.
It took two days and three phone calls to get a return phone call. We were given a reservation finally. Upon arrival you call the manager and wait. A man answered the phone and said he would be a few minutes and would check us in. We waited and starting unhooking the tow vehicle. A woman showed up walked past us and unlocked the office. No greeting whatsoever. We walked into the office and after filling out paperwork I handed her my credit card to pay and as I am asking about a discount (good sam) she says it is too late she has already swiped my card. Her comment it would cost THEM money to rerun my card and give me the discount I am entitled too. This is very bad customer service. The 30 amp is weak.
Improvement needed on customer service not friendly and wrong to not give us the discount we were entitled to. We are full/ time RV'ers and have been to many RV Parks improvement is needed here.

Jane

For Cloverdale RV Park: What a find! Pristine, beautiful campground located less than 1 1/2 miles from I70. Extremely well-kept with lovely landscaping and probably the nicest, most helpful owner we've met yet. Level pull through gravel sites, 30 amp only.

For Cloverdale RV Park: Very nice campground. Looks like it was a KOA in a former life. Nice staff. Quiet. Kept well. Spent two days. Will probably visit Again.

Rondacker

For Cloverdale RV Park: Nice quiet park with easy access to/from I-70. Manicured grass and lots of shade trees. Most sites appear to be pull thru's. We have 30 amp/water/sewer with Good Sam discount for $30. Just passing through, and would recommend for an overnight.
