For Happy Acres Campground: We were fortunate enough to find this campground for a one night stay. The biggest disappointment was not staying longer!
The check in was easy and we were given a personalized map of the grounds and our last name was on the post at our site. The sites were spacious and the WIFI worked great.
The grounds were beautifully manicured with several ponds, small cabins, a sparkling clean pool, large pavilion, playground, pickleball court, disc golf, walking trails and a spotless laundry room. You can tell that the owners have put so much time and effort into creating this beautiful place, and it really shows. We travel all over the country and have seen many different types of campgrounds and this one was quite impressive.
We will definitely be back if in the area and will let all of our RV friends about this campground . With so many negative issues at many campgrounds across the country this one stands out by far.
Thank you Happy Acres owners and staff for a wonderful experience!

Thuma
For Happy Acres Campground: A must stay if traveling thru or just want a lovely place to spend some quiet time. Owners are a energetic couple who treat you like family. It is the friendliest campground I have ever stayed in! The ‘Sky Box’ is our favorite with walking trails into the woods and grasslands.

For Happy Acres Campground: Beautiful park-like setting with well tended lawns and pleasant looking amenities. If we were local we’d make this a frequent visit campground. As other reviewers have said the staff is very friendly and helpful and the new owners clearly are improving an already nice property. There are some seasonal or long term occupants whose sites and units are well maintained. The proximity to the interstate brings noise that we did not find intrusive. The only drawback to this park is it is not easily accessible from the interstate, but as I write this I am not sure that’s a bad thing.

Muriel MCCUIN
For Happy Acres Campground: We stayed 3 nights. The park is under new ownership Very pleasant staff. Large grassy sites with gravel roads and pads. The park is very close to highway 69 but we were not bothered by any road noise We would certainly stay here again We were in a 35’ fifth wheel with dually truck

For Happy Acres Campground: We didn’t stay here, but John was very helpful and familiar with the area. We called and He directed us to some fresh water at the speedway nearby.
