For Riverside Park: Avoid this CG if possible. Convenient to the city but crowded, dirty. Most of the campers are TDY workers or otherwise homeless folks living in clapped out RVs. Management nonexistent. Next to us a camper blared music until 1:30 am one night. Disgraceful to the city of Springfield.

For Riverside Park: This was the worst campground I have stayed at in years. We stayed 2 nights,3 days. When we arrived the trash was overflowing and. the bath house was filthy. Nether was touched in three days we where there. The bath house looked like it had not had an adequate cleaning in a very long time. We were told to keep everything locked because there was a theft problem. I would not stay in this campground again and I would not recommend it to anyone. Camper beware!
