For Challis Golf Course RV Park: A nice park. Unlike many RV parks in remote locations, this one is well kept up. Pull though sites 1-17 are sloped, which some may have difficulty in leveling - no issue for us in a Class B+. Online reservations available. $38 with Good Sam discount. Wifi is much improved over the 2017 review - available at both ends of the park and seems rock solid (most welcome). Gorgeous views. Nice showers and toilets - look brand new. And two washers and two dryers. And golf course across the street.

For Challis Golf Course RV Park: Good news:
- shower/laundry/bathroom building is new and spotless. 4 Spacious walk-in shower with toilet rooms just like at home.
- sites A-F (30 amp, Back-in) have beautiful blue spruce proving shade. Also have grass between sites.
- walk to the golf course
- surrounding hills provide nice backdrop
- power went off this morning but was back on within an hour...prompt fix appreciated
Bad news:
- gravel sites are, well, gravel and uneven. Bit difficult to level
- manage your property on A-F sites as sprinklers come on in the evening and are a bit wild
- Pull-through sites pretty close to each other without shade or grass
- A-F back onto busy road, but no traffic at night, only during the day
Rate is $33 without GS discount
Grocery is great.....2 choices
Teacup Cafe is top-notch
Hot Springs worth the $10 fee
Golf a bit high at $33 for 18 w/cart
Forgot to mention.....internet hub is at golf clubhouse. So internet access fades to nothing the further you are away. Site 1, great! Site F, nothing. Shower house is 3 bars. I am getting a bit tired of places advertising internet that really do not have itavailable throughout the park. A bit of honest advertising would be a welcome change.
