For Massacre Rocks State Park: What a beautiful place! Right on the snake river. Sites are large and some lower campsites have great views of the river. Easy to make reservations online. You can check in early if your site is vacant. We arrived at 11am and were allowed to set up with no problem. Water and electric for around $40 a night. There is some road noise from the interstate, but not too bad.

For Massacre Rocks State Park: Quite a bit of road noise (less in the lower campground). If you don't need any water or electric, it's a little pricey. (~$35 in Aug 2019)

For Massacre Rocks State Park: The lower loop has fantastic views of the Snake River. Water & electric with a dump station on site. I thought it was good value for $33/night, out of state fee. Sites seem a little short/narrow, but my husband had no problem backing in and leveling. This place is all about the VIEW. Also close to highway, but minimal noise in lower loop.

For Massacre Rocks State Park: Found a nice pull thru on the upper loop. We walked the nature trails up and around the river. We found several new birds to photograph. Don't think they have turned on the hot water yet so didn't use the clean showers. Could hear Interstate noise at our site - think noise is better in lower loop but sites looked a little smaller. Found the cost high for what you got - 30 amp service and water for $28 (M-T senior rate is $16.66)....wifi is free for 20 minutes but not able to connect to Bluemesh. We camped here in a 5th wheel.

For Massacre Rocks State Park: Very scenic and rugged, very nice overnight stop. Right near the Snake River with lots of bass and trout, fishing good with worms or lures. Rocky with lots of juniper trees, but small spaces not for large rigs. We tow a 24' travel trailer behind a pickup and got a pullout (#31) which worked OK.

For Massacre Rocks State Park: Peaceful beautiful desert setting. Couldn't have asked for a better overnight stop. Unbelievable stars at night, surprisingly beautiful views from spot 14 when we woke up.
