For Timberline Campground: The staff was very friendly and helpful. We stayed for a couple of weeks and Marta found us a spot with full hook-ups. It is very conveniently located to grocery stores, restaurants and the mall. The only con is that it is a gravel lot so it can sometimes be dusty from the park traffic. We will be staying here again the next time we visit Des Moines.

For Timberline Campground: The only positives we could say about this campground is that it was full hookups and the laundry room was spotless. We were there two nights July 2,3, 2021 I the “new” area. The sites are quite narrow with no trees or shrubs like a giant parking lot but gravel with constant dust from even the slowest cars driving through. There is an older area nearer the office which looked like it would be significantly better with trees etc. We would not stay here again.

For Timberline Campground: Amazing service!! Called ahead fo get information for my dad traveling solo from CO. Marta was so gracious in providing information and finding my dad a great pull through site conveniently near the restrooms. Thanks Marta and Nolan!!!

For Timberline Campground: We were heading from PA to Colorado stopped for the night very accommodating nice people site was pull thru park was so cute pond was nice will stay her on our way back too!!!

For Timberline Campground: Nice place. Lots of space. Nice little store. Easy on and off interstate, but far enough away. Really nice bathrooms. Not over the top nice, but really nice stay. East side was newer and quieter. Would stay again.

For Timberline Campground: Big Rig friendly. Lots of Kids and Dogs. I didn’t hear any noise from Gun Range like others complained about. Good place to stop overnight

For Timberline Campground: Unless you’re needing to be close to the area I’d pass. Guns blasting at a range right next door and uneven gravel pad made this a below average experience; especially for the price.
