For F W Kent County Park: Large beautiful park. Well spaced spots. Electric only, $20. The only drawback was the huge quantity of bugs, literally hundreds: about 10% biting bugs, 90% lady bugs.s

Glamper Camper
For F W Kent County Park: Very nice county park. Arrived at dusk and stayed till dawn on a week day. I had pick of the camp ground. Pull through Site I chose needed no leveling. Electric hook up in convenient location. Park seemed very beautiful. Wish I could have stayed longer. $20 per night. I have a 28 foot motor home.

For F W Kent County Park: We arrived past sunset after a long day of geocaching and driving. We are heading home so we pushed our driving day. I went to Allstays to find a place to stop just for an overnight stay. This one was highly rated and near to I80. I was surprised there were so few campsite in use. We had our pick of sites, chose a drive through site, leveled the camper and enjoyed a peaceful night. In the morning we drove through the campground. It has many trees, is quite hilly but there are some level lots. Most will require leveling. There are many modern pit toilets and one shower house with flush toilets. There is a playground for the children. The ranger helped us get registered and told us if we needed her, she would be there all night as she was camping there too. We are having great success staying at county parks in Iowa.

For F W Kent County Park: This is a very beautiful county park. Lots of shade and vegetation. Good shower/toilet facility, however the satellite bathrooms are rustic. The sites are well spaced but not all of them are super level - no big deal for me. They have free WiFi and the cell service is good.

RTB Allstays
For F W Kent County Park: Delightful clean spacious county park. Attentive ranger. Easy access from I 80. Walmart and Costco on road to park. Our May visit...park empty. Clean showers, hot water, clean toilets.

For F W Kent County Park: Nice park but.
Most sites are very unlevel and not suitable for a motor home with slides. There is just no excuse for this other than gross mismanagement and/or design.
Trailers or fifth wheels are a little more adaptable but even some of them require side leveling.
Also a few more sites could have clearing for satellite service.

For F W Kent County Park: Lovely campground. The sites are large with nice grassy areas. A great place for children.
