For Big Woods Lake: Easy access off 218. Gravel sites with some “buddy sites†which worked well for us with two RV’s. Sites were nice size, but not long enough for our 40’ Class A without unhooking our tow.

For Big Woods Lake: We stayed overnight while passing through the area. Nice clean park, which is well designed for easy in/easy out. Long pull through sites with fire pits and grass. Road noise did not bother us, but the train at 4:00AM did. I recommend this campground.

For Big Woods Lake: Clean, no shade, by paved bike trail. Very noisy with freeway very near. Good for one night in transit. No water available April 16th at sites.

For Big Woods Lake: Nice enough park, had FHU, long gravel sites with fire pits and tables that were level. No shade tho. Nice big space with grass between tho. Quiet most the time (train once a day). Play area for the kids, lake looked beautiful too. We didn't use the restrooms, but everything around was kept really clean and well maintained. Was here over Father's Day weekend and was full! WiFi (free) worked well even then.
