For Stephen C Foster State Park: We were looking for a CG that would be convenient and an able us to explore the Okefenokee Swamp area. We're self contained and don't use the facilities except for an occasional shower. We visited on a weekend in October.

This was a very nice campground. The sites were gravel and mostly level and nicely arranged. The back in sites were a good size, mostly shady and relatively private. The pull through sites had some shade and were more open. The rangers were helpful and friendly. There's no wifi. ATT and Verizon cell service was usable. The showers were clean with lots of hot water.

The park offers a swamp boat tour ($15) that leaves from the trading post about a mile from the campground. The 2-hour tour was beautiful. TP for tour hours. There are several trails near the campground, including a boardwalk through a portion of a swamp. There was wildlife everywhere, including deer, raccoons, alligators, turtles, many types of birds. The rangers provided a calendar of interpretive talks and events.

For Stephen C Foster State Park: Stayed here 3 nights, beautiful park. Took the swamp boat tour, saw lots of wildlife including huge gators! The boardwalk is also vey nice, saw deer on this trail.
Restrooms are ok, not bad. If you're looking for quiet this is your kind of place. Wanted to do night sky photos but too cloudy while we were here.
We stayed here in a fifth wheel.

For Stephen C Foster State Park: Great stay, setup telescopes and enjoyed the dark sky's. Camped in our Aliner with water and electric, shower and restrooms just ok. Poor cell service, but for being as far out they did work. Staff was good and helpful. Would stay here again!
