For Coastal GA RV Resort: Great campground! We loved it and will definitely stay again. The night time check-in was so easy with great directions. The pull thru spots were awesome and worked well for our 40ft Class A. The sites were private with the shrubs in between the sites. Also impressed by the Buddy Sites for camping with friends.

For Coastal GA RV Resort: Nice, level sites with hedges between most sites for a feeling of privacy. They were flexible with our booking when we had car trouble and didn’t think we would arrive as planned. (They offered to reschedule if we could do it that day. We appreciated that a lot.) it is a lovely campground close to Jekyll Island. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5–the water had a horrible sulfur smell even our filter couldn’t remove. We used bottled water to drink and for cooking,

Mike Hendrix
For Coastal GA RV Resort: It gets the 5-star rating because it delivered what it advertised. We do not usually stay in upscale RV Parks/RV Resorts because we do not use the amenities that are included in the price. We do not use the restrooms, showers, wifi, cable TV, etc., so we have no comment. For us no shade was a downer but they did not say we would have a shady site. They delivered what we paid for. It is close to I-95 and several truck stops so there is some highway noise if that bothers you.

Janet
For Coastal GA RV Resort: We visited July 2, 2020 in a 40 foot motorhome towing. Park looks very clean and well-kept. There is a beautiful lake and lots of amenities. Some kind of new community center,Paddle boats and a pool. One thing you should be aware of, start dieting about a week before your visit because you’ll be trying to squeeze yourself intoThe pull through sites. They are long enough to accommodate you play are so narrow that your slides it’s out over the patio and trying to get in and out and around corners is a true test of your driving skills.

For Coastal GA RV Resort: Bad, bad management. Do not book here unless you are positive you will arrive. They are very insensitive & rude. You would think during this uncertain time of covid-19 they would be understanding and give refunds, but NO! I will never book here again and I’m stressing you everyone else - book somewhere else!

Venom
For Coastal GA RV Resort: We were in a 40’ 5’er. This is a modern top class park with matching amenities. Typical fishbone parking lot layout. Easy access with long sites. Roadways are paved and pads are concrete with a small concrete picnic table area, remainder of the site is grassed and landscaped offering some privacy between sites. No shade at all! There are new very large “buddy sites†that will accommodate two big rigs facing each other. Close to Brunswick, St Simons Island and Jekyll Island.
Park is located near an exit next to the I95, the I95 noise is very noticeable and distracting. A little pricy and well above my $55 / night benchmark, but you get what you pay for. RV park is very “clinicalâ€, overall this is not my preferred style and type of campground.
