For Happy Travelers RV Park: Update on my review of a few days ago. Forgot to include. Be advised that they charge over 8% “fee” to use a credit card. And the charge seems to be random! My deposit had a 8.9% fee and another charge had a 8.4% fee added on. I know Visa etc. charge the merchant a fee. But usually 1-2%. 8+% seems excessive. So pay by check if you can. No extra charge……and yet a check must cost more to process and it takes over a week for them to get the money. So why? Go figure.

For Happy Travelers RV Park: Nice park. Plenty is shade from old oak trees. Probably 60% of sites are “permanent”, but kept in good condition. Pool small but extremely clean and pleasantly warm. Three laundry areas (but need to pay using the laundry management company card from machine in the office, and the laundry management company charges $3 just for issuing a card!). Showers and bathrooms clean. Some activities, but not many. Lots of small pet dogs. Big storage area adjacent, which I used. Very reasonable price.

For Happy Travelers RV Park: Nice park. Called mid afternoon got a spot for one night near the entrance and the bathrooms. Very nice security man met me at the front gate escorted me to my site and checked me in at the site when I have arrived around 10pm. The bathrooms and showers were decent and clean enough. The park is mostly long-term residents. I would stay here again for one night passing through.

For Happy Travelers RV Park: Nice place. Friendly staff! Would stay in again when back in the area!! Sites a bit tight but worth the price.

For Happy Travelers RV Park: Stayed here off and on from 10/17 to 3/19 in a 38’ MH while doing consulting work near by. There are many full timers but the shorter term area in the rear of the park has level sites, large oaks good cable as well as over the air TV, clean rest room, showers and laundry. The WiFi is fair. Security is excellent with both roving patrols at night and some one manning the entrance. Roads are paved. This is a popular CG with snow birds and fills up Jan to March. Reasonable cost and great location close to USF, shopping and restaurants.
