For Hickory Point Mobile Home and RV Park: This place is managed by incompetent crooks. I booked and paid for a waterFRONT site and was assigned an obstructed-view water view site. Save yourself the frustration and take your RV anywhere else.

For Hickory Point Mobile Home and RV Park: Was our third season. Stayed there last time for 6 weeks March April 2017. Girls are nice in the office. We arrived our pull through site was taken. Computer over booking was the excuse. Made reservation months before. Ended up in a back in. Then charged us $65 for 22 foot trailer storage that would of fit in pull through that we had reserved. Never charged us before for trailer. Couldn't get TV on Sat. So moved to another back in. Moved RV back and forth and cut small branches to get 1 satellite. Other review said clean park. As far as paper and trash yes it is clean but it is filthy with constant tiny branches and leaves dropping on the roof of RV. It is a forest of DIRTY Mossy Oak trees! Had to blow off roof and slide outs three times during stay. Only place you will not be showered with debris from trees is about three or four pull-thru sites. In addition they just raised prices about 30% for this season. It is a great central location with boat docks but I hated the filthy trees! Not worth the price increase.

For Hickory Point Mobile Home and RV Park: Great RV park only 20 miles from where we live. It's great if you have a boat and want to dock and spend the night. Great fir access to 3 Rooker Island, Anclote and more. Close to tarpon Springs sponge docks.

For Hickory Point Mobile Home and RV Park: Booked a yr in advance for certain spot for two months. Site was changed
No one in office when we arrive
No one answers phone
No answering machine
Spot horrible for our unit
Sites are stacked up like cord wood
Worse the site we booked a year ago was empty
Too bad! Could be a real nice place
