For Lazydays RV Resort: First and last time we will camp here. Pros. Very clean park !! Dog wash, dog park, pool, playground all very nice. Staff was very nice and professional even with our problems. Cons. Extremely close together sites. I don’t like sitting outside with a neighbors slide intruding on my space. It’s tight !! Sites are not set at an angle making it very difficult to back in a 43ft 5th wheel especially with all the trucks parked in the street. Sites are so close you hear all your neighbors conversations when they are outside inside your camper. When we checked in we were given site 17, went to site, it was occupied, returned to office, received site 30, got all set up, got a call from office next morning saying there was a mix up and I needed to move to site 18 because site 30 someone was checking in for that site. I asked that they wanted me to break down my campsite and move because they had a mix up. She stated yes, we need you to move by noon. After a few choice words, I didn’t move. If you enjoy a clean but extremely tight park, it’s fine. I need to breath when I camp.

Dennis
For Lazydays RV Resort: We stayed at LazyDays for the 2020 RV Supershow at the fairgrounds. Only a couple exits east of the fairgrounds. Onsite restaurant (we didn’t try it), Walmart 1.3 miles to the south, Bob Evans in walking distance. We enjoyed staying at the park for a couple nights. It was packed but the sites were reasonably separated. Limited space for tow vehicle. A little road noise can be heard at night given close proximity to I-4 but didn’t disrupt sleep. Rates were a bit pricey for the supershow weekend but I guess that can be expected. Will stay again, good base camp for a trip to Busch Gardens or other activities in the Tampa area.

For Lazydays RV Resort: Very clean & well run facility. Sites w/full hookups in good working order and level. Huge enclosed pool area is great for laps and/or families. Restaurant is decent and off the pool deck and not too bad. Service was ok and took forever. Larger rec area with arcade games, corn hole, etc, movie screenings. Playground for the kids. Sites adjacent to the pool area are convenient but loud at night since pool is open ‘til 10pm. Only reason for 4 star is the lack of things to do in the surrounding area. The facility itself is 5/5 but more of a cookie cutter RV resort vs actual camping experience. Depends on what you’re looking for? Great overnight stop-over point.

DaVida
For Lazydays RV Resort: I4, Flying J, TA truck stop make for a noisy and sometimes odorous stay, BUT close to Lazydays for service is a major plus. Huge screened pool,
huge room with ping pong table and the usual flashy games, onsite diner, workout room, laundry, activities make the stay easier. Sites are close, narrow, short. Off-season $30 rate is okay.
