For Turtle Beach Campground: We stayed here for four nights. Monday-Thursday night. We very much enjoyed our stay. The hookups are in the correct side of your site, excellent water pressure and electric worked perfectly. The beach is just about a 1-2 minute walk away. The park itself is narrow and tight. If you’re not good at backing or uncomfortable with tight spaces; you may want to reconsider. All sites are back in. However, we had no trouble getting our 31’ motor home(2 slides) and tow car(Ford Fusion) in our space. No room to spare but it all fit. The laundry room was always clean and I liked the option of paying with a card for the machines. The showers were cleaned daily and always kept up through the day. All sites had tropical vegetation in each side. Beautiful surroundings. Allowed the most privacy you could get. We will definitely stay here again. Make reservations well in advance though!

For Turtle Beach Campground: We stayed for 2 nights in a 35' Class A. Site 9. Campground is small and tight for space but we maneuvered ok in and out of our space. Well maintained clean campground with a first class electric/water post. 2 restaurants across the street with a free trolley every half hour going up and down the key.You are on the beach in Sarasota. What more could you ask for? Advance reservations are usually required (now available online). Make sure the available space is big enough for your rig.

For Turtle Beach Campground: Very clean park. Nice showers, laundry, etc. office not real friendly, but my needs were met. After site is vacated, a work camper rakes the site (crushed shells) and it looks nice for each new camper. Restrooms cleaned daily. Mostly small RV’s here, sites are short, but quite a few tent campers especially on weekends. Most sites are semi-private with trees and bushes between sites. Very nice electric pedestal, water, and sewer at the site. Cable TV cord, but was stripped so I don’t know if it really works. Best part of course is the beach. Easy access and sunsets are amazing! Stayed here for 10 days and noticed most people only stay a few nights. During the week had many open sites but weekends are full. Free trolley to Siesta Key Beach and Siesta Village where there are lots of restaurants. Grocery and shopping not far. Two restaurants across the street easy to walk to. Both good, but not great. Overall, a nice stay but a little pricey since you are right on the beach.

For Turtle Beach Campground: Tried calling to check availability, while on hold (15 minutes) the office closed and it hung up on me. Pulled up to a no vacancy sign. Parked at public beach parking just after campground ate at restaurant across street which was really good then drove to state park which was beautiful and had plenty of spots and answered the phone!
