For Emerald Beach RV Park: Website speaks of white beaches and emerald waters. There is a sandy area that doesn’t touch the brine water, not to be confused with a beach. Dock has steps to the brine water in the sound that hits the sea wall. Otherwise it’s nice if you’re not interested in the gulf. Site was listed as waterfront, it was not

For Emerald Beach RV Park: I really enjoyed my stay. Campsites are very clean and the staff was wonderful. Sites are on the narrow side but separated enough so not to feel crowded. Very nice pier and a small beach overlooking Santa Rosa island. Other campers were very friendly. Great place for short or long stay. Less than one hour to Pensacola and Destin.

For Emerald Beach RV Park: We loved this campsite! We have only stayed one night here so far (we are locals) but we will definitely be back. The staff were friendly and the park was clean. They have a great dog area where pups can get to the water! Also, great beach and Pavillion for families. The pool was heated ( and yes actually heated to 87 degrees) and my kids had a blast! We were definitely one of a few families with kids (mostly snowbirds) but we love that. It makes it quiet and I enjoy the conversation with the other campers. The only downside is there is not a playground but definitely not a deal breaker for us. We can’t wait to go back!

For Emerald Beach RV Park: Good location relative to the beach, Destin, Pensacola and other local attractions.
You must have a site near the bay, or will be subjected to a lot of highway noise and little shade. Avoid site 14 like the plague.
Some booming noise from nearby military exercises. Great that they are practicing- we love the military. But, the noise in the day and night takes from the camping experience.
The on-site beach and pier are lovely.

For Emerald Beach RV Park: Great RV park, beautiful pool, close to the Gulf beach down the road 20minutes. Has a great little dog park. The RV park is very clean and neat. The RV sites are on neat and clean cement slabs with gravel,a little grass area, night light, and picnic table. The slabs are small, we have a 30 foot TT with a heavy duty truck they barely fit. If you have a bigger RV you can park it only and 1 car in the extra gravel area next to your slab. I would recommend this RV park is wonderful forba shot stay or a very long stay. Its beautiful and convenient to torisum and local shops!! Highly recommend.

For Emerald Beach RV Park: We called the day before arrival and they were able to fit us in. Because we liked it so much we asked to stay longer and with a cancellation they were able to give us a week . Sites were large and level, staff was great and the other campers were very friendly. Clean showers and laundry, clean white sand beach and a dog park with ocean access for swimming . Close to food and shopping.

For Emerald Beach RV Park: An average RV park, not too pricey, nice staff. Spaces are not too big, it's a good place to stay several days, not a season.
