Lita

For Live Oak Landing: We stayed here in our class A for 8 nights. Plenty to do if u have a car or bike or just walk. We did it all. Walked around the neighborhood - beautiful along the creeks, trails, rivers and bay. We had spot 67 near laundry (2 washers and one did not work) - they have 2 laundry facilities. We rented a canoe from the office - and enjoyed a paddle around the neighboring river homes. Easy drive to Destin, Grayton Beach, and Panama City Beach. Less than 1 hour. Highly recommend.

For Live Oak Landing: Beautiful park! The sites are large with concrete pads, hook ups all worked good. Right alongside a creek with beautiful trails for walking/running. Well shaded with big trees. Pool isn’t heated, small older playground for kids. Friendly staff. A bit out of the way - 40 minutes to Destin but worth the drive! Some construction as they are expanding but did not bother us. Would recommend!

Karly

For Live Oak Landing: Lovely but pricey park. We booked at the last minute and then went to pull into our allotted spot only to find another vehicle parked there, this was sorted out quickly, sites have smooth concrete slabs. It is a grassy well kept park, very clean and quiet. Our girls enjoyed scootering to the small playground and swimming in the pool. So picturesque right on the river. We spotted plenty of squirrels and a few rabbits by the water.

Alldredge

For Live Oak Landing: We are new to RV parks, this is our 4th. The location is remote. When you do your reservation online there is no way to choose your spot. If you call them it is a national service center that does allow you to choose from available spots. There are concrete level spots with plenty of space and full hook ups. The setting is beautiful with missy live oaks. There is a river that runs next to the RV park where we saw an alligator. Also has other facilities available as well as small cabins for sale and rent.We had to move locations due to lots of wasps and bees at the first site. We moved to the front of the park near the road and had no problem. Some sites have nice shade others do not have any. It was a nice park.

Tracy Anderson

For Live Oak Landing: Nice park w/spacious, level sites. On a river w/kayaks & canoes for rent. At dead-end road so very quiet with lots of trees. I had awful Verizon service but camp provided wifi worked well. Very nice location only 20mins from several gorgeous white, sugary sand beaches and about 40 mins to high end perks (restaurants, shopping) of Destin, FL. Only negatives for me were high price of & few laundry machines & cost of stay.

Flyingnugget

For Live Oak Landing: This was our 2nd ever trip with our new Puma TT. We had a great time!! The grounds are in excellent condition and well maintained. We stayed on site 83 and loved it.. very level concrete pad. No issues with noise or bugs. It's a corner lot and had no one to our right so plenty of room!!Only issue we had was the sewer hook-up was close to the front of the pad closer to the road. Our camper has its grey/black water drains at the rear and we had to use every hose connected (30') to make it to the connection.. but, if you had a mid frame drain the sewer hook-up would be a non-issue.
The staff was very helpful and friendly. Loved doing bike rides around the camp looking at the rigs and other TT's with the kids.

Pool was well maintained(non-heated) and the kids loved a fun night swim with the changing pool lights.

Met some very sweet and nice neighbors and had a wonderful time.

Easy drive to the beaches and public beach access. Took (maybe 10-15min)..

Had a wonderful time...

Nukeofearl & Bet

For Live Oak Landing: We've been RVing for 10 years and this is hands down the best RV park we've seen yet. The staff are GREAT! The sites are huge. The location is beautiful. The services work well. The WIFI is almost as good as it is at our home! The weather is great in the wintertime. There are a tremendous amount of things to do, public beaches to visit, and excellent restaurants with an easy drive of 10 miles or less. We have already reserved a site for next winter!
