For Shady Acres RV Park: Chad, the new manager is a very nice. And you can see the reflection on how the staff all greet you each time they see you. Pools are all open and the facilities were very nice. Chad is still working on certain areas but that's a great place to stay. Great Mexican food at the gas station food nearby, great hotdog place across the way. Two block walk to groceries. Stayed for a month, we will stay again.

For Shady Acres RV Park: A new owner and new management now on site. We absolutely loved staying here and wish we had booked longer. There are two heated pools on site along with a hot tub and Tiki bar. The laundry facilities are new and clean as well as the showers. We were escorted to our site by the new manager, Chad, who came by to check to see if everything was to our liking. There were tons of activities every day and most nights. We highly recommend this park!

For Shady Acres RV Park: Manager/owner should never have contact with the pubic. She is abrasive and abusive. The guests and permanent residents are great people, very friendly. There are a group of musician/snowbirds who are great entertainment.
They advertise pool and cafe. There is no cafe and the new pool didn't wasn't open all season and it appears there may be some lawsuits involved between the owner and pool construction company, not to mention it can't pass the health inspection. It was supposed to be open by December 1 2017. By May 1 2018 still not open. The guests are very pleasant but the management really sucks. Very abusive to clients.

For Shady Acres RV Park: We stayed for 30 days for Christmas and New Years. This park was only a couple miles from family, so we booked a year in advance. Our only request was a open, satellite friendly site. Upon arrival they escorted us to a heavily treed site blocking the southern sky! We asked to be moved but the manager refused, saying they were booked up and had no other sites available. She actually said we need to contact our satellite provider! To what, cut down the trees! She did say we were welcome to leave, without refund! While enduring our stay without satellite and very spotty over the air reception. We counted no less than 20 available sites that would have accommodated us! The management were unwilling to accommodate our request not because they couldn't but because they wouldn't! Very disappointing and will never stay here again!

For Shady Acres RV Park: Actually turned out much better than a lot of the reviews that we read. The lots are close but lots of activities and friendly nice people. Staff is great and helpful.

For Shady Acres RV Park: Mainly a retiree resort RV camp like just about every RV park between Naples and Sarasota. Very close lots and mostly populated with wintering retirees. What spaces are left open they make available to short timers. They have daily activities scheduled and seem to have many yearly returnees. Ok for an overnight stay but that's it. Grocery is down the street but you must drive or hike a good distance.

For Shady Acres RV Park: Nice site. Lots of permanents. Staff extra helpful. Bumpy road in. Nothing within walking distance.
