For Gamble Rogers Memorial State Rec Area: Most Florida State Park Campgrounds are wonderful but this place is one of my all time favorites. There is a private campground 15 minutes north offering beach front camping spots for $130 and up a night - here if you are lucky enough to find a beachside spot available you can have one for about $35. The Riverside loop is also great and handles large RV better.

For Gamble Rogers Memorial State Rec Area: Excellent!!! We loved it (My dog and I). We stayed in the inner loop - beautiful sites (no shade). Friendly Rangers. The ocean waves all night was wonderful. Great little hiking trails.

For Gamble Rogers Memorial State Rec Area: I finally found a cancellation on a beachside site and it's everything I thought it would be. Verizon 5 dot LTE. Several over the air television stations. I hope to return.

For Gamble Rogers Memorial State Rec Area: Beautiful area....close to the loop....inexpensive and one of the nicest cleanest state parks we have been in.

Probably best with RV or camper.
Fall asleep at night to ocean waves.
