For Kissimmee South RV Resort: We stopped in for a visit Feb 27, 2020. Nancy G was our tour guide for the RV spaces. She did a great tour via a golf cart. The clubhouse and library/game room facilities were very nice. She showed us the difference between a standard site (grass for rig and concrete for the patio) and a premium sites (double wide concrete) They have many activities during the weeks and months as indicated by the monthly calendar. I was very impressed.

For Kissimmee South RV Resort: This is a very welcoming and enjoyable RV park. My husband and I stayed here for 3 months (Dec,Jan,feb) as we traveled the US from Oregon. The previous reviewer has some valid points...but it so depends on what your looking for. The park is in transition and being upgraded by the new owners, Sun RV Resorts. The sites ARE rough around the edges and placed in amongst ancient park models. I would have to say this park is best suited for a long term stay...a month or more...the price is very reasonable for high season Florida. The people here are welcoming and friendly...many of whom have been coming here for 5,10,15+ years. There is something to do every night...lots of card games to join in on plus a music night, parties, special meal events, a pool workout and workout room...clubhouse exercise many times a week... The staff is terrific...go out of their way to help and always greet you with a friendly smile. POOL is wonderful too.

For Kissimmee South RV Resort: Four star staff in a one star park. This place has some of the friendliest people in one of the worst planned communities I’ve ever stayed in. The lots are very weirdly placed and how they zone the mobile homes near the RVs is a head scratcher. There’s also some kind of strange “grinding noise” machine? Power plant? Trash compactor? I’m the middle of the park that seems like it’s constantly on. Some of the mobile homes look like they’ve been there since 1950...a good lesson in the history of the RV but they are deteriorated.

For Kissimmee South RV Resort: Great park! The staff is friendly and very helpful!!! My neighbors made me feel right at home. I highly recommend it!
