For North - Delaware Seashore State Park: Wow, what a pleasant surprise! Great location, excellent facilities, power, water and sewer all clean and in great condition. Spots were close together but it was surprisingly quiet. No trash (carry out). Looked like good tent sites. South side had pull throughs but sites are short, you will need to disconnect a fifth wheel or tow.

For North - Delaware Seashore State Park: Loved this park! The sites are tight but not a problem for our 35ft MH. Great beach and clean bath houses.

For North - Delaware Seashore State Park: South side of canal are all pull thru and flat cement. Easy and nice. North side are back in's but still nice. No trees. Fishing is good but rocky bottom in the canal so rig your lines accordingly. Swimming in ocean is great but at times the waves are brutal. Several bait stores in the area, Harris Tweeter grocery store just down the road. Bath houses are O.K. No campfires but there is tons to do in the area beach towns. Rehoboth is family with a mix of "alternative" lifestyles. Dewey is a party town full of fun beach bars, but behave. Cops are everywhere. Bethany is family. Lots to do in the area. I live in Delaware and this is one of my favorite areas. Camp store is VERY small. Area gets full on weekends. Several outlet stores nearby.
