For Sun Outdoors Mystic: Friendly, accommodating managerial staff. Everything well cared for. Bathhouses new and clean. Site had not been fully cleaned as previous tenants appear to have had a dog. Have stayed here 3 times, will return. Much cheaper and in better shape than some other local campgrounds

For Sun Outdoors Mystic: This rv park is far from being a resort. It is not very well maintained or staffed. The office and game area that is only open when the office is open. Till 5 pm most days. They don’t seem to have a rv host or manager on site,at least that was the impression I got. Never saw anyone. I never saw a maintenance person and it could use one. On the plus side, it is close to the aquarium and mystic seaport and town of Mystic

For Sun Outdoors Mystic: Stayed the last week in September 2021. I rarely leave reviews, but this park does not deserve to be in business. We have stayed in over 70 parks, cheap and expensive. This is by far the worst ever. The Manager here is incredibly rude. I did not meet one person in the camp that was happy with the park. I did not realize that they did not have full hook-up at the time of booking. Must not be very prominent on their website. As other people have noted, a pain for scheduling. They don’t care about your time “sometime on Wednesday.” No trash pick up, no refunds, no pet bags . If at all possible stay somewhere else!

For Sun Outdoors Mystic: We’re in a class A motor coach, stayed three nights, paid $47.50 per nite for back in on dirt. Some have gravel. Appear that they have many seasonals. Because of time of year, pool not open. Park did have a miniature golf course.Bath houses were new & clean. 1. Wi-Fi very spotty 2. Only ONE trash dumpster, near the front entrance 3. NO SEWER HOOK UPS.. they will dump your tanks for free on the 4th day....our 4th day fell on Sunday....no honey pot service on Sunday, tried to get them to dump for us on Saturday....already booked! 😣 4. Wanted to mail a card from the office....they offer NO outgoing mail service! 😠 We WILL NOT be back. Very disappointed especially since it’s a Sun Resort!

For Sun Outdoors Mystic: I agree with Jay’s comment . “Very well-kept campground. Friendly and helpful staff. Quiet, but close to area attraction”. We have been traveling for over 20 months and have stayed in over 200 different campgrounds and this one ranks near the top. I was somewhat worried when I drove the last 1/3 of a mile to get there, the road got a little bumpy and the right side had some old junkers that were apart of an auto business. But when I turned the corner the view of the Campground was Very nice. The Mystic SeaPort Attraction was unique and very educational. If you stay here I would recommend seeing it.
