For 4J+1+1 RV Park: We very much love this park and have been here a number of times. The location is excellent for exploring Ouray as it is situated near downtown. We have had varying sites from very roomy to a bit cramped. This time we have a large site nearer the West end mobile homes. The park is clean and well maintained. Workers were friendly on the phone and in person. The only downside, as others have described, is there is not really a good place to take pets. The road behind the park is dirt, narrow, and very busy so it is rather a chore to walk the dog there. Overall a minor downside in an otherwise wonderful little park.

For 4J+1+1 RV Park: Because I loved Ouray and this park is central in Ouray, I loved the park. The people were friendly, the showers were extraordinary. I can't speak to the laundry as I didn't just it. There things keep me from 5 stars. Number one is that they are not really let friendly. There is no realistically good place one is allowed to walk the dog. They ask you to walk them in the far side of the street where there is no room. The WI-FI is horrible even though we were just 3 spaces from the office. The space was significantly cramped. No room to put out awning and the neighbors slide out allowed them to see directly into our bedroom if without shades.

For 4J+1+1 RV Park: This was our 3td stay here,we like its location close to hot springs and town, but it is very tight with as little as 6' between RV's and neighbors water supply under your awing if you can extend. The park needs a total redesign but we still like it. Laundry & restroom and staff were great.

For 4J+1+1 RV Park: I have to agree with both of the other reviews. Great location and friendly folks but the spaces are cramped and difficult for the big rigs. Clean and nice with large restrooms.

For 4J+1+1 RV Park: This is a great place for your RV. The owners are very nice, it is clean and right in town. Great place.

For 4J+1+1 RV Park: Camping spots are very cramped and close together. There is no cable hookup and you cant get a dish signal
