For Timberline Campground: It is as advertised. No frills. Host, Mark, is a nice and funny guy. Be advised not all sites are the same. Some give you more depth or more width. Sites 2-6/7 have a view into the valley. Sites on the back loop may be a bit quieter. Only reason I took a star away is the road is rough. At least when I was ther, aug 2024, you would need a crossover at a minimum but may scrub. Better with a SUV or truck.
