For Riverview RV Park and Campground: This place is OK. Nothing special. Looks like about 25% of the spaces are for residents. Dirt roads and VERY LOW WATER PRESSURE. We had to slowly fill out fresh water tank and use the pump to have sufficient water pressure to shower etc. In their defense, they did discount our rate b about 25% for the inconvenience. The owners need to invest some $$ in sprucing the place up…cleaning, removing weeds, improving water pressure etc. When I return to the Loveland area, I’ll only chose this park if all the better ones are full.

For Riverview RV Park and Campground: Very cute park! The showers were the only downside-almost no water pressure, had trouble rinsing out the shampoo. We had a back on site on the water. It was mostly level and beautiful! They have a fish ladder and the ladies in the office were more than happy to teach me how they work.

For Riverview RV Park and Campground: We tried every campground in Loveland area, this is the best. Spots 101-133 back up to the Big Thomson river and you can fish from your spot. The kids loved this. They deliver ice/wood to your spot, they have propane on site (they even deliver if you have removal tanks). They don’t leave nasty grams (notes) in your door every morning (like Loveland RV resort), and the prune their trees (unlike Loveland RV resort where a large branch nearly damaged our RV, and CO is a no fault state). We found it very enjoyable to walk around the park, the full time section keep their sites clean and it feels like you’re at camp. Fires every night. It’s really cool and not sketchy at all. There’s even a chicken coup with some really pretty chickens our children loved to play with. We had excellent ATT service in spot 131, but spot 133 I’d the best by far (you don’t have a neighbor, and spots can get narrow the closer you get to 101. Would def stay here again.

For Riverview RV Park and Campground: Park is located in a beautiful area, right on the Big Thomson River en route to Estes Park (22 miles road through the canyon). The park has lots and lots of huge Cottonwood trees, which means that most sites have good shade at least part of the day. The roads through the park and the sites are all packed dirt, creating lots of dust. Loveland, 5 miles up the road, is a great little town, with pubs and restaurants, while Estes Park is 35 mins drive. Restrooms and showers were clean but a bit dated. Laundry facility small but modern machines and only $2 a load. Wifi and cell signals (AT&T) are poor at best, even the 'Premium' for which you have to pay. Water pressure was the lowest of any of the parks we have stayed in and barely useable. On Saturday evening they have a band and BBQ food truck come in which is nice entertainment. The sites are small and close together but most are shaded. Probably half of the residents are permanent and staff was friendly.
We would stay here again.

For Riverview RV Park and Campground: It’s too bad I have to give this place one star. To be fair the husband and wife team that helps you park and in charge of the maintenance are the only shining stars of this place. The front office staff need to go back to whatever trailer park they crawled out of they were rude and unprofessional definitely not who you want as the face of your business. The pictures are definitely old the park looks nothing like it. They should just turn it into full time residents because that’s the only people that matter here. We wait all year to take a vacation and have to deal with the dust and narrow spots. The WiFi is a joke even the one you have to pay for. Cell service is spotty at best. The bathrooms were fine didn’t use the laundry room. There is always a smell of raw sewage. The dog park is a nothing but a dirt area and if it rains a muddy mess. The only reason this place is still in business is Estes Park. Stay at your own risk. I would not recommend this place to anyone who wants to enjoy your vacation.

For Riverview RV Park and Campground: Location is nice, sites are level. However water pressure is iffy at best, laundry room was dirty, staff and owner are unfriendly. Large resident occupancy who some were territorial and intimating. Several traveling children were bullied and physically attacked on the playground by resident children. During our stay we had both the fire dept (fire actually was started by owner!) and the police called to our camp. We will definitely cross this resort off our list!

For Riverview RV Park and Campground: May 2020. Nice area by the river. Sites are narrow but livable. Water pressure was an issue during the weekend, couldn’t take a shower in my trailer. The majority is full time live ins, lots of trucks parked everywhere but at least was neat.
