For Jellystone Park at Larkspur: Do not stop here to dump, even though it shows a dump station. There is no public one.

For Jellystone Park at Larkspur: Park is nice, amenities abound, pads are level concrete. Full hookups. Built on a mountain side with a major rail line running through the valley next to it. Expensive. A coupla trains rumble through during the night but no horn. Biggest negative is getting park staff on the phone if you need something. They're likely understaffed just like every other business these days. Recommend.

For Jellystone Park at Larkspur: My goodness, the changes from a few years ago are SOOO dramatic. This truly is a camping resort now (or soon to be when they get the kinks worked out). The new reopening currently in process, so many features are not running smoothly (staff education is in order), but when things are up and running for a year or so it will be fabulous. All gravel and rock (which I didn’t like), but level and large sites with new plantings/trees that will look great when grown. New showers & bath, full exercise bldg, great pool and outrageous water park (wasn’t opened for the season yet). There are two super large dog parks that really make up for all the gravel. And the cabins! OMG. This is a great place for families to meet for a outside resort experience, regardless if you have an RV or not. I gave it 5 stars for the potential. We will be staying here next time we visit family in Denver.

For Jellystone Park at Larkspur: Wow, so much better than we expected! Was concerned about noise from I-25 but not even a concern. Yes you do hear the train come through but inside the rig it is not an issue. This park is absolutely beautiful and very clean. The dog parks were outstanding..room enough for big dogs to fully run! Resident deer all over the park made for morning and evening entertainment. Brand new so not very full which really made it nice. Can predict that it will be packed with families next summer! The extra amenities are really well done.

For Jellystone Park at Larkspur: The place exceeded my expectations! The staff was wonderful and the facilities were well maintained. The feeling I had while being there was they spared no cost in facilities. My only regret was not reserving a golf card ahead of time, if you don’t have access to a vehicle (using a class a/b/c) depending on you campsite location, you could spend some time walking to the different areas. Seriously, will be booking a return trip, my kids did not want to leave! There were plenty of free things to do that kept the kids pretty well entertained. We specifically like the Art projects and seek and find. One tip I would add is if you want to attend the splash park I would bring your own camp chairs. Not sure if the lack of seating was due to COVID-19, but within 10 minutes of opening the water park all seating is taken up by other families with plenty of empty room for camp chairs.

For Jellystone Park at Larkspur: This Jellystone has just had a complete remodel. They are still finishing the North end of the part, but the construction did not have an impact on our stay. The updated park now has an amazing water park, two pools, hot tub, mini golf and tons more. We rented a golf cart and that was a ton of fun. Their are cabin rentals, pull through rv spots and back in spots. We saw several huge motor homes with roads parked in the pull through spots with no issues on space. Trees are still small because they were just planted, so not a lot of shade. There is a train track and a highway close by, so there is some road noise, but we were all so tired by the end of the day that it didn’t seem to bother us. Disregard all the old comments on here because this place is completely different than it used to be. We have already booked a second stay and I am sure this will be a regular summer tradition for my family.

For Jellystone Park at Larkspur: Overpriced, dirty and gross! There is potential when they complete the new park which is being built but don’t bother until that occurs. Bathroom was gross we didn’t even use it. Swimming pool was closed. Activities and amenities were terrible. Our site was in the dirt with a dirty glove on the ground upon our arrival. We could deal with the train and freeway noise if the park was up to the Jellystone standards that we have become accustomed to. As we were departing my husband went to get a cup of coffee, the pot was empty and he asked an employee if he could get some more and her response was “it’s my day off!â€
