For Gunnison Lakeside Resort: Heads up! We used Allstays to book Oasis RV Resort Durango and it booked us here. We called immediately and Gunnison Lakeside would not refund inside 48 hours. Never received a confirmation email. If you call this place, they will identify as OASIS Lakeside RV Resort.

For Gunnison Lakeside Resort: Beautiful location and very nice staff. BUT… they charge way too much for the amenities offered. Water pressure is minimal. There is no cell service and the wifi is useless… they throttle to the point that you run out of service in a very short time, even when only texting and doing minimal information lookups on the web. They are adding a lot of sites which will further stress the already overwhelmed infrastructure. Better options in the area for the same or lower price.

For Gunnison Lakeside Resort: Friendly and helpful staff but .. the wifi is horrible and with no cell service to fall back on. Also you get 4 pages of rules and disclaimers.

For Gunnison Lakeside Resort: Stayed a week in our Motorhome. Friendly staff! Even though they advertise WiFi, there was none!! Their over-the-airTV brought in through cable to the Motorhome only worked a few days and only 4 channels. Even Verizon’s phone service did not work. Was a good place to stay other than connections.

For Gunnison Lakeside Resort: Nice sites with cable tv and full hookups. Laundry room very clean. Some highway noise and poor cell service convenient to gunnison and the lake

The Vees
For Gunnison Lakeside Resort: We stayed September-November 2016 in our 43 foot motorhome. Area is beautiful, fishing right across the street, owners and hosts are friendly and accommodating. The park is well cared for, the owner is out everyday doing one project or another(trimming trees, spreading gravel etc) It's a large pretty park, with lots of trees. (Aspens are beautiful in the fall!)
We had to be selective to find a site that our sattalite worked at. We liked the park and will stay again. The major negative here is that phone service is really really bad, and wifi is worse. We had to walk down near the store to make phone calls, and try to use the wifi on our phones. Park has wifi, but it's not great.
It's about 15 minutes from town (Gunnison) and about 45 minutes from Montrose.
