Maureen

For Green Ridge Campground: This is a lovely campground with both reservable and first-come first serve sites. We had no problem coming in mid week and finding a spot for our 31 ft RV. Camp hosts extremely helpful, campground is well maintained and very clean bathrooms. We stayed on the Arapaho Rec area trails with dogs, but trail access to RMNP is a short walk across the dam.

For Green Ridge Campground: To Campground management team: the dump station has been closed for the last 3 years. Please repair it or remove it from the campground ad. Otherwise, it’s a beautiful campground close to the RMNP gate.

Sandy

For Green Ridge Campground: Great campground. We got a space on the back loop with beautiful views and prairie dogs playing nearby. No direct view of Shadow Mountain Lake, but a quick walk to it. No hookups, but toilets were clean. Saw multiple ospreys and iPhone of the resident foxes.

Ron

For Green Ridge Campground: No hookups, but campground had water and a dump nearby (not advertised). Campground was below the lake so no lake views. Easy walk to a boat ramp and enjoyed kayaking the outstanding lake. At 8300 ft, we had temperatures from 30 (morning) to 72 deg F (late afternoon) during the August heat wave. Stayed in a 5th wheel with solar panels.
