For Saddlehorn Campground - Colorado National Monument: Beware of low clearance tunnels (sign says 10'6" but we straddled the center at 12'7" and made it thru with guidance) and sharp curvy road. Dry RV sites, clean restrooms, no showers, reservable and first come sites, limited spaces for RVs, recommend pull thru site B-42, excellent views. ($20)

Eric Honour
For Saddlehorn Campground - Colorado National Monument: Had a paid reservation here but was unable to get to it because of low tunnels.
CAREFUL! THERE ARE 10'-6" TUNNELS ON THE ENTRANCE ROAD THAT ARE NOT MARKED ON ALLSTAYS!*
AllStays Note: The description has always noted two directions to this campground. We have been there in a RV. One direction has two tunnels and a one on the east. The center of the tunnels are 16-1 with 11-5 on the edges.

For Saddlehorn Campground - Colorado National Monument: Very natural surroundings, lots of deer, great trail from the campground that loops around and connects to other trails.
No hook ups, no dumping, no water station for RV's. Generators are NOT allowed, which I found out about after a warning. Middle loop does have electricity. They take reservations so getting a site without one takes some luck near the weekend.
