For KOA Holiday Colorado Springs: No WiFi and was told it was out for weeks and do not know when it will be fixed. Shower and restrooms are not as nice as the park looks. I had Kids riding their bike through my site over my hook ups. It was nice to wake up and see Cotton Tail Rabbits eating in the park. No flies or mosquito that I saw. They have a limited take out snack bar. They have a water park that looks great for young kids. There was several Birthday parties when I was there. The Freeway sound was not that noticeable but you could hear the train pass. Luckily not that often.

For KOA Holiday Colorado Springs: This is a pretty nice park when you get a good spot. However, if you make your reservation over a holiday, the charge you the entire amount up front instead of one day’s deposit as stated. Secondly, this park charges $15 per person for any visitors you have before 6:30pm. They don’t mention that either. So if you’re in town visiting your kids, they have to pay to come visit. Ridiculous. I believe in the free market. They can do what they want, and I can go some where else. No problem.

For KOA Holiday Colorado Springs: Super unhappy with this KOA. The site they put us in was a dirt hole next to the RV storage lot that didn’t look anything like the pictures of the site type in the website. After being escorted to the site I went back to the office to ask for a different site. The lady in the office said they were full and there was nothing she could do. I asked for the manager and after some “negotiating” with the clerk I was put in touch with the manager. The manger said she was sorry we didn’t like our site but they were full and all she could do was credit us for one night. We had no choice but to stay for the 5 days. The WIFI and Cable didn’t work the whole time we were there. They have a really nice water park for the kids and a Separate medium size pool. Not only was the water park full of kids but so was the pool. I would think given the large water park for the kids they would reserve the pool for adults. We didn’t use any other facilities at the park. We would not stay again.

For KOA Holiday Colorado Springs: Very nice KOA right off I-25 in Fountain, Colorado. We paid $48.00 a night in Late June 2018. Lots of things for the kids to do in the campground and easy access to many local attractions.

For KOA Holiday Colorado Springs: The park is clean and convenient to everything. As others have said, WiFi is very spotty at best. Easy in and out.

For KOA Holiday Colorado Springs: Not a bad location but I'm getting a little tired of most KOA's saying they have Internet / WiFi and it's off on off on, not reliable at most of the KOA's. This one is one of those.

For the high prices they charge, plus a membership fee, they should be able to make-it-work WELL!

I think I will not join their membership next time. I keep thinking they'll eventually improve this Wi-Fi problem but it never seems to happen.

I do understand it's often a bandwith problem because they have many RVs in their large campgrounds.

It would be nice, as well as fair, if they lowered prices off season when the pool is closed.

Now the pros: this one is right off of the I-25 freeway and a short drive to all of the great things to see in this area. Their electricity worked. They had water. They have pull-through sites & back in sites. Their bathrooms and showers are well-kept. The person in an electric cart leads you to your site.
