For KOA Holiday Fort Collins Lakeside: We were here three years ago. Man what a difference. The grass has all died and is essentially a weed patch. They now charge for everything including the mini golf course. The concrete sites we were assigned were so completely unlevel we had to switch sites and it wasn’t much better And finally this place is a pain in the ass to get to. Goes in the never again category

For KOA Holiday Fort Collins Lakeside: I like the park, but for what they are charging one should be able to get reliable internet. This is another park that utilizes Tengo. Tengo has been terrible every time we’ve encountered it.

For KOA Holiday Fort Collins Lakeside: Only came for water. Charged us $30 for water and a dump. Nice looking campground, but go somewhere else for water.

For KOA Holiday Fort Collins Lakeside: For reference, we travel the country full-time in a 45 foot MH, and we try to stay in nice RV parks. This is a Great Park for kids, (ours are all grown so they’re not with us). All of the staff are very nice.
I only gave it three stars, though. First, it loses a star because the roads in the park are all dirt, with a little bit of gravel. I’ve never seen a five-star resort that has dirt roads. At least make them gravel so we’re not dealing with dust.
It also loses a star because all of the grass is dead, and when I say dead, I mean dead!! The beautiful pictures on the website are totally misleading, because there is no grass… except in four specific sites that are occupied by long-term guests. I would assume KOA is not watering the grass because of the water shortage, (although it looks like it hasn’t been watered for years), but if that’s the case, why do these four special guests get to water their grass? The pictures on the website all show beautiful green grass – KOA, you should at least post a notice on your website that you are not watering the grass. I would like to have known that the roads were dirt and I would be tracking dead grass into my motorhome endlessly.fi

For KOA Holiday Fort Collins Lakeside: Nice friendly campground. Reception staff was very friendly and helpful. We were shown to our site and made to feel at home. Our site, 105, was a concrete level trailer pad with a small grassy area. Typical KOA with close sites but spacious enough. We would stay here again For sure

For KOA Holiday Fort Collins Lakeside: The campground is nice for kids, but the service is terrible. Manager quickly told us we were "silly" to expect any availability more than 1 night, then rudely turned away to finish filling the candy supply. I am a native of Ft. Collins, and this place is an embarrassment. Only option around unfortunately. Boondock if you can avoid this place.

For KOA Holiday Fort Collins Lakeside: Another top notch KOA! Clean, level, great amenities, the lake was fun. Construction next door, but it didn’t bother us.
