For Aspenglen - Rocky Mountain National Park: I start all my reviews by stating what are goal was for this campground, and that my reviews are based on our expectations for this type of campground. Our goal for this campsite was to have an authentic camping experience inside the national park. We were not concerned with hook ups or luxury, because of that expectation we were thoroughly satisfied and exceeded our expectations. The sites were huge! Very level sites, fire pits, very clean restrooms, no showers. There was firewood for sale, there were specific hours for generators. we stayed in loop see in our 31 foot RV site 37. It was absolutely beautiful, so peaceful and quiet. We cooked our rainbow trout catch over the campfire that night. We only wish we could've reserved more days. We had an elk walk through our campsite, if you are looking for an authentic campground inside the national park, do not miss this one!
