For Gates of Lodore Campground - Dinosaur National Monument: Small, primitive campground on the Green River. Quiet, beautiful views of The Gates and stars. Four water spigots, two pairs of vault toilets, tables and either grill or fire ring in each of 20 sites. Mosquitos are BAD in June, so come prepared.

NO Electricity
Water at two spots in the camping area.
Vaulted toilets
Pack it in you pack it out.
No trash cans or dumpsters.
Windy from 2:00 PM to 4:00PM out of the canyon.
It was 92 degrees June 9, 2016 felt like 102 degrees as the canyon held the heat.
Not a lot there to see mainly river rafters camping. First come first serve but plenty of space the day we wear there.
Fits any RV but the road in and out is rough. Washboard is 90% of the way.
I would never take my 32 foot RV back because of the road.
Nice young Park Ranger in-turn Tiston was super nice and friendly. I hope we run into him again at different National Park.
