For Sundance RV Park: Other than the WiFi was not that good, we stayed 3 nights and had a good time. Quiet, clean, friendly. Would go again.

For Sundance RV Park: Most sites are very sloped, some take more than 6 inches to level. WIFI won’t work after 5. Brochure has 35 television channels. Reality gives you 4. No store on site. At least half are permanent residents. For this you pay $50. Never again for me. It is clean whic goves it one more star than a complete dive

For Sundance RV Park: Nice gravel pull thru spots with plenty of space. Bath room and laundry facilities are excellent. Right in town. Not far to National park, 4 corners and Durango. Enjoyed stay. WiFi was okay but slow. Otherwise would have been 5 star.

For Sundance RV Park: Inside road is paved, sites are gravel, all sites have a pitch left to right down hill only two blocks to get back level, Cable TV, restrooms are clean, park is very quiet, staff is great, good location in town, with good Sam card paid $39.00 for night.

For Sundance RV Park: Very nice park. Staff came out after hours to greet us. Very long pull-thrus. Would stay here again.

Steve
For Sundance RV Park: I always look at the satellite view of a park before I make a reservation. The first thing I noticed was lot of big trees and patches of grass. I was not disappointed when we arrived. The facility was clean and tidy. The hosts were delightful people. The highway noise was virtually eliminated by foliage, the 25 mph speed limit and the park being "below grade" of the streets.
The only thing that was bothersome were the very bright smog colored street lights scattered through the park. I much prefer dark or foot level lighting. I don't like the sense of being in a parking lot with light leaking in through my window coverings. Also, there were some areas that could have been grassy but weren't.
Overall,, it was a fine place to spend several days and explore the surrounding area.
