For Rincon Parkway County Park: I highly recommend this. Dry camping. No hookups. You park parallel to the wonderful beach along the road. You pay at the self-pay stations. We spent two nights in our 40 foot motorhome. Not too much traffic on the road, the train goes by occasionally but is not very loud, 101 freeway is nearby but you can't hear it. Really enjoyed walks on the beach, sunsets, and our time here.

For Rincon Parkway County Park: Rincon is a beautiful place to park along the coast. Parking can be challenging. The sites are parallel to the coast (one long line of single parallel parking sites). No hookups. However, there is a service that comes by 3 days a week to pump out your tanks and deliver fresh water. When the skies are clear you will see incredible sunsets over the ocean.
