For Hollywood RV Park: This park is actually named Balboa not Birmingham. We stayed here for a week while visiting our daughter. Even though it is mostly permanent residents, there are still a large number of RVs coming and going every day. The owners are super friendly and energetic and hands-on. There is clearly a California vibe going on here. The sites are very tight and the owner walks you through the setup and pull out but there are huge shade trees and it feels like a little neighborhood you are visiting. Really cool place. Huge laundry room. Didn't check the showers/rest rooms. There was plenty of air TV and so so wifi. When we come back, we will stay again.

For Hollywood RV Park: We have not been to this park yet, but I want to give a review about staff and check-in/check-out policy.

The most friendly man answered the phone and was so helpful.

He asked what time we will be arriving and then explain they have no set check-in/check-out. If you want to leave late they ask that you leave your keys and if some arrives needing your spot they will move your rig to their parking area. As far as arrival a lot of rigs leave by 9 or 10 and they put you right into that spot ... you don't have to arrive after 1 or 3 PM. Love the flexibility.

For Hollywood RV Park: Wifi did not work. Everything else was fine and clean.
