For Treasure Island MH and RV Park: RV parking in this area is limited so we opted to stay in a park, reservations were not taken by phone , complete an online form and you are then emailed if an opening is available. You complete payment and then are emailed a confirmation with a site assisgment. I asked to check in early and was given permission to come in at 11, any earlier would result in an additional $30 even though our site was empty the night before. The daily rate was $80.00 . No need to check in at the office if you have a site assigned , we waited 10 min at the office for an employee and were informed of this,
Staff not overly friendly, but not rude. Site was easy to back into, we are 24 ft. No WiFi available
Bus pickup in front, we ubered as we have a dog, dogs San Fran has a dog policy for riding public transportation that is online

For Treasure Island MH and RV Park: We found the gentleman in the office to be very businesslike and efficient as well as helpful. The facilities were clean and tidy. Easy BART access to San Fran. The only detracting was the entry from El Camino which was poorly signed and limited parking for checking the in - the office is actually the building before the entry so, you have passed it before you know you are there. It looks like they are doing some Reno’s on that so, hopefully it will be resolved soon - otherwise a great place to stay.

For Treasure Island MH and RV Park: $65 a night for electric and water/sewer only. I picked it because it was close to the bart. I've been to more RV parks I can count. The office manager is hands down the rudest and least customer service oriented individual I have ever come across. I made a reservation for 3 nights, followed the instructions per the email, and on arrival at 5:30pm waited 30 minutes for a park staffer to come check me in. (Into an empty row, for overnighters). He claimed no one informed him about my reservation. I mentioned I might want to stay longer than 3 nights, and he suggested I pay for the one night. And talk to the office the next day.
The office opens at 9am. I had early meetings, and a schedule that went haywire, so my plan was to call the office in the afternoon and settle the bill. Before I could do that I received a hostel voice message. I returned his call and proceeded to apologize, as he interrupted me with "Your problems are not my problem." He says they will not take my credit card over the phone, and if I don't pay by 4pm in person, my RV would be ordered to be towed. I explained I had to leave my meetings early and take public trans to get there, and the fastest would be 5pm. (Closing time) He refused to budge.
I arrived at 4:45 and got the hell out of there. (Took a photo of the closed office.)

For Treasure Island MH and RV Park: Mostly mobile home park with permanent residents. Unattractive. Little space for pet walking. Lots of dog poop, even with bags provided. Won't stay again.
