For Fiddlers Cove RV Park: The area is great and we go every year, but they management has changed and it is awful! Communications had always been a bit difficult, but you used to be able to reserve a campsite. Now you can’t. Even if you reseve a year in advance they put you where they want you when you check in and you can change it. That’s it, unless you want to pay $200 you are stuck there. I asked for a waterfront lot when I reserved, they said there wasn’t any. I was put in the back row and there were waterfront spots open the whole time I was here. Management says there were cancellations ut I still wasn’t permitted to move. The recreators are pitted against the permanent residence here, which is not the point of an MWR facility. Ugggh, so now because the Navy can’t manage it’s residence areas properly we have to fight them to recreate at Morale, Welfare and RECREATION facility.

For Fiddlers Cove RV Park: We were able to get last minute reservations on site 59, front row, fire pit and right by the walking trail down the beach. Very little need to contact the nazi management so won’t demote rating, very well maintained park. Daily war games going on while we were there with hovering choppers training seal swimmers and machine gun fire from boats in the bay. Noisy but fun to watch.. Spectacular view of San Diego and the Coronado Bridge.

For Fiddlers Cove RV Park: The park is outstanding, terrific views. The management team could be seriously improved and will go into detail on that later. The maintenance could be improved especially in the laundry room had several machines waiting maintenance .
The problem with management in my OPINION is the park manager Judith. In my opinion one of the most narcissistic person that I have ever met!! If she does not get her way she becomes rude. While British she has become to be believe that she is the “Queen of Fiddler Cove RV park and Marinaâ€.
If you can get a water spot or middle row terrific locations the back row spotty cell phone connection and the water pressure seems to be 50 psi. NO Cable box is present but great Air tv stations. The WIFI is strange one one item can be logged in all other military parks you pay extra and had 4 or 5 connections.
Great RV Park but if you have to deal with a Park manager bring a witness.

For Fiddlers Cove RV Park: One of the better concrete pad RV sites I have been to. Clean! Spent 4 nights. Full hookups back row. Water side has fire pits. Level large pads with good spacing. WiFi slow but available. AT&T fluctuating 1-3 bars. Was able to stream video with some buffering. Cable tv hookup. Generally quiet and anyone who enjoyed the night was very respectful! Did not use store, bathrooms, and laundry but they are there. Tents allowed with some dedicated sites. Bike path just outside the RV park fantastic. Coronado you can ride over and enjoy. Dogs ok. Mixture of families and retirees. I will come back for sure.

For Fiddlers Cove RV Park: Excellent RV Park. Nice distance between rigs. Lots of helicopter noise. Rumor of Highway Patro stopping RV’s for going over the Coronado Bridge with propane. stay out of trouble and come in through Imperial Beach then North.

For Fiddlers Cove RV Park: Beautiful views, good cement pads to park on, good WiFi and very clean. Really enjoyed our stay. The little shoppette is good, with a decent selection of beer and wine. Drinking water station to refill our jugs was awesome. If going over the Coronado bridge and maneuvering through tighter turns is not your thing, you can easily access by dropping down through Imperial Beach. Stay on the 5 south and exit on Palm Avenue. It may cost you an extra 10 minutes, but it’s a straight shot right to Fiddler’s. Will be back!

For Fiddlers Cove RV Park: Tried calling all day. Left voicemail - arrived during a rainy evening in search of simple tent site. All sites empty as well as half dozen RV pads (empty but said reserved). Were told our Sprinter Van was too large to park at tent sites (untrue we fit) and if we intended to stay in the van we were not permitted. Night Host was unpleasant and unhelpful. Really disappointed we could not work something out (park near bath house or somewhere ADA/van accessible which was ample and available to utilize a tent site. Seems since host has tent area in front of them they prefer not to sell those sites.
