For Fairplex RV Park: Stayed here 5 nights in 42 ft motorhome. Positives: Clean & well kept. Great store, laundry & showers/restrooms. Friendly staff. Negatives: very narrow sites. Very little room for towed vehicle forcing parking on side of street. Narrow streets to maneuver in.

For Fairplex RV Park: We camp in tents. All the tent camping is on the border between the KOA & the fairgrounds - the farthest you could get away from the bathrooms. The bathrooms were clean & very nice, but his is a huge park with only one set of bathrooms! Not sure why RVs need to be closer to the bathrooms than tents; they all have their own bathrooms! Also it seems that it would be safer for the tent campers to not be out on the edge of the property. There also is no space to park your vehicle near your campsite. You are assigned a parking stall a block from your tent site. They also had huge trash dumpsters across the street from the tent sites & you could smell the trash in your tent.
