For Channel Islands Harbor RV Park: What a dump. Basically a storage yard. Junk all over. Sites crammed in. Looks like some people have been here for years. Next to busy street. Run down RV’s outside prison fence with homeless. All dirt and gravel. Amazing how bad this in. Who runs it? What a joke.

For Channel Islands Harbor RV Park: They are under renovation and full. no estimated completion date (as of 18 Sep 16)
from what I can see they have the necessities.. not located on the water, they are across the street. If deep sea fishing and boating are your thing.. this would be the location.
