For Oceanside RV Park: The service is fantastic, location is not worth the price. The staff is very helpful and the general store is well stocked. However, the spaces and the location are not worth the price they are charging. It would have been better parking in my brother's front yard. I appreciate the helpfulness of the staff, but I am still not impressed.

For Oceanside RV Park: This place is an absolute dump! There are weeds everywhere. The concrete is cracked broken and uneven. There was a sewage spill before we got here they put down cat litter and haven't picked it up! The electrical hook-up boxes are rusted falling apart and loose. The pet area is covered in poop there's no dog bags to pick it up with it stinks like urine and crap. The clubhouse barbecue pool area and bathrooms seem like they are new but they are definitely not kept up, they are filthy! The inexperienced office people seem like they've never worked at an RV Resort. We abandoned our reservations early and stayed only long enough to find an alternative. The only positives were a heated pool and activities for the kids and location close to the beach.

For Oceanside RV Park: Very overpriced, grounds filthy, sites are unkept with trip and fall hazards, dog area has no grass and reeks of urine. Long term residents with unslightly and old rigs. Management did not enforce park rules... the police department was on site the first night of our stay....not following San Diego County COVID guidelines....big crowds and very few masks.

For Oceanside RV Park: Right next to a railroad which is very loud cause they honk all the way along the fence.
Location is the only thing that is good.
The game room is horrible. Nothing here for kids. No playground. They lock all the doors (shower, laundry) until 9am.
To expensive for what they have.
