For Newport Dunes Resort: Just spent the weekend here in one of the bay view spots. It was great, wonderful site with room for the grandkids to play on a bit of a grassy area. Site was kinda tight but still enough space to enjoy picnic table and fire pit. We will return in the future.

For Newport Dunes Resort: Well location to beach and access to back bay and fashion island is a plus. However, they seem to be having utility issues and management has not been forthcoming about this. Our site has the sewer hookup several inches above ground level and site slopes to the beach which on our rig puts the sewer hose below hookup level meaning tank dumping is fighting gravity. The place gets noisy in the daytime with Airport flights taking off regularly and PCH road noise. Spaces are tightly packed and standard RV park etiquette is not observed. Tonight the power is out and at $125 per night you'd expect some notice or action from management and would disappointed, as we are now. I will not come back here in the future.

For Newport Dunes Resort: This place is awful. Very small spaces with tight turns, parking for my tow vehicle (2017 F350) was a 15 min walk because it wouldn't fit near our space, bathrooms are a wreck, and WAY too many people considering the size of the park.
We will NEVER return!!

For Newport Dunes Resort: Sites are small, cramped, and unlevel. Our front tires are way up in air. Hard to level, need several blocks under jacks and tires. No room to park vehicles except on street. If someone leaves or comes in, everyone has to move vehicles so you can maneuver into site. Extra parking is taken over by people living here 6 months. Cars are covered and wrapped and never moved. There are golf carts in extra parking also. Dog poop everywhere. People are not cleaning up after dog even though bags are supplied. Have had rain and at front of most sites is a river of water. Asked for sand. Took 3 days and 4 times asking to finally get some for our front door. For the price, not worth it. Camp needs to be upgraded and revamped.

For Newport Dunes Resort: This RV park is located right on the bay in Newport Beach, CA. The staff is nice and the water access is great, but I have to say I won't be returning. Spaces are claustrophobic in size. We barely had room to sit under our partially opened awning outside. People had their portable fire pits in the streets in front of their spot because there is just no room. Also, people park there regular vehicle in front of their RV which makes the road almost impossible to drive, let alone maneuver an RV trailer. When we arrived, all of our neighbors had to move their vehicles out of the way and it was still nearly impossible to get our travel trailer into the spot. It's just too small. Great people, secure location, great activities, but not conducive to larger RVs.

For Newport Dunes Resort: Way overpriced. Sites are crammed together. Since you are getting robbed, pay for the water front sites and at least get the view.
