For Morgan Hill RV Resort: Easy Check-in. I like the pick your own site policy. I know were I'll fit better that anyone. Rangers here are very helpful and courteous. We will stay here again.

For Morgan Hill RV Resort: This place deserves better reviews than it has received, and more recent. My check in was easy. I had my paperwork ready for them and told them about how bad their reviews were and that my experience was completely different and positive. I told her I had never stayed here before and can she suggest any sites. She invited me into the booth and showed me several available sites, took the time to describe them, asked me what I was looking for(shade,sun,quiet,busy?) and off I went. She even gave my two dogs treats when I left. As far as the sex offender comment in the other review....I brought that up with her and basically wherever you live (yes even in the “nice parts of town”) there will be both men AND women living closer to you than you think and if they have their paperwork and follow rules, then there is nothing to enforce. The pool has been redone recently and looks nice but I don't use public water baths. They have a nice tennis court and mini golf by a creek. I have been walking my dogs without any stickers getting on them (time of year maybe?). The grounds are clean and looks like newer wood construction around the dumpsters to enclose them and make they area easier on the eyes. My neighbor was playing music after quiet hours but it wasn't that loud and I am not the guy to start barking about a little music after midnight. I am a TTs member and wasn't sure I wanted to check this place out, but I am happy to be here. PS.. Allstays is my favorite app for my RV lifestyle!!

For Morgan Hill RV Resort: Sites are clean, bathrooms are kept clean. They don't water any grass due to the drought so there are a lit of stickers which kept getting stuck to our dog. There were many people who refused to keep their pets on leashes and we witnessed staff ignore it on more than one occasion. Our dog was charged twice by off leash pets of other campers. This really made us angry. Staff is not friendly nor do they seem to care about enforcing the rules. We stayed for two weeks and numerous times they failed to open the pool on time. It is adult swim from 10 am to 11 am and we were frequently left standing at the gate for up to 30 minutes! They also refused to remove a large group of kids who showed up every day to swim during adult only time. We paid the extra 5 bucks for 50 amp. We preferred this because it was so much quieter there. The party people frequently made a lot of noise after quiet time. We chose this park because it was centrally located and an hour drive to Monterey. They need to update the paint, as it is old and rundown. The laundry facility requires you to purchase a 5 dollar debit type card that is non refundable and then you have to pay extra to load the card with money so you can wash clothes. We found this ridiculous! Our stay would have been much more pleasant if the staff ever smiled, or acted like they cared about their jobs. Never saw the manager anywhere and the lazy guy who opened the pool moped around with his head down and wouldn't even look at you to apologize for being so late opening the pool. We have stayed at numerous Thousand Trails and I have never seen staff so rude and uncaring about their guests experience.

For Morgan Hill RV Resort: This place is a dump! No sewer hookups, charge you 25+ for a honey wagon, roads are bumpy, they charge you extra ($5/day) for 50 amp hookup. Not a good place for fulltimers. We won't be back here again.

For Morgan Hill RV Resort: Not very level. High priced. Staff is not very nice.
