For Redwoods River Resort and Campground: Nice place for kids. Neat and clean restrooms and showers. Somewhat noisy, close to 101. Nice store, bar , nice selection of beers and appetizers. ( food a little pricey). Serves as a coffee shop in the morning. Free wifi for 500 Mb. Our site was very large. Hiked the 350 yards down to the river. Very quiet slow river. Pretty steep coming back. Would come back w grandkids.

For Redwoods River Resort and Campground: Great if you have kids. We were in 43A, it was narrow, freeway traffic noise, very limited Verizon cell service. There is a great park for kids and LOTS of games. There is a little bar that is open on the weekends only. Gets packed on the weekends. Pretty empty during the weekdays. There are a lot of full time workcampers with old campers all around. I don't get the hype, especially for the price. It was $47 weekdays and $53 weekend. If you want a "private" site that will be $63. We scoped out the property and didn't see any site that warranted that price. You can purchase their internet for $5 per GB. I would not return.

For Redwoods River Resort and Campground: This place is a gem. Situated among the redwoods. Full hook ups, showers, wifi can be purchased. A pub on the property that is open at night. Definitely on my list to return.
