For Chinook RV Resort: Great staff, nice roomy sites that are being upgraded from all grass to gravel pads. Small store and lounge area. The closest large town is Crescent City. It has all the shopping amenities you will need. The campground is on the Klamath river close to a ton of Redwood area attractions. Central firepit right on the river for guest to gather and enjoy the fire and great conversations. Most of the non-permanent sites are full hookup pull throughs but you face each other on the camp side of the RV. I would come back for another stay.

For Chinook RV Resort: Arrived around 4pm on a Wednesday. No one was around. Office was closed. Looked run down. It’s not a resort by far!

For Chinook RV Resort: Don, the manager, was incredibly helpful while we were here. We work from our rig and had no cell coverage so he helped us with tech issues in our rig and then set us up inside on the rv park WiFi so we could make our zoom calls. We’ve never experienced someone investing so much time to help us in a year and a half of full time rving. Great location too, redwoods to the right, coastline to the left, beautiful!

For Chinook RV Resort: A lovely campground right on the Klamath River. All grass sites. Manager is very helpful and welcoming. We came for one night but stayed 3 and didn’t want to leave.

For Chinook RV Resort: Great location and wonderful hosts. The sites are grassy and flat in a really pretty setting. You can rent a fire pit for $10 and that includes wood. We had no cell reception on T-Mobile or AT&T, but the WIFI is fast during the day. Not sure why, but at night, the WIFI is almost at a standstill. Overall, great stay.

For Chinook RV Resort: Nice, quiet campground with clean restrooms and laundry.
Don and his team are VERY helpful and always wearing a smile.
My FHU site was level and plush with green grass.
I recommend highly and the rates are reasonable.
Close to The Trees of Mystery (a must see)

For Chinook RV Resort: Beautiful campground right on the Klamath River. Perfect location to explore the Redwoods. Josh was extremely helpful Perfectly level and spacious sites. Would definitely recommend
