For Kings River RV Resort: Quite a ways off of Hwy 99, and the roads out to the park are very narrow, rough, and difficult to navigate with a long rig. Lots of potholes, and these are not state maintained roads - just little paved streets through an orchard that may not be on your GPS.
I'm sure this is a nice spot to stay in the spring/summer months with the orchards right there. No water in the river or ponds in November. There were full-timers in the park that had all kinds of outdoor storage buildings and junk piled around their sites.
We arrived late and they charged us an extra $40 for arriving after 7pm. (They charge an additional $20 for 5-7pm arrivals and an additional $40 for arrivals after 7pm.) The sites are grass and in need of re-leveling due to tire ruts. They also charge 39 per kw for electricity. So...for our overnight parking, we were charged $89+ electric usage...for a grass site!?
Stayed here because it was a Good Sam park, but we will definitely stay elsewhere due to the ridiculously high prices next time.

For Kings River RV Resort: Nice place. Not too hard to find. You have to pay for internet and reservation required an email and a signature to complete the process. Was there in the fall so no water flowing nearby, but it is a great spot. Very clean and friendly staff. Have to pay for power usage as well. Nice place, but might try something cheaper next time.

For Kings River RV Resort: About 4 miles off hwy 99 but well worth the trip. Riverside, friendly, gated, secure, trees. Great spot for late winter to early spring
