For Indian Wells RV Resort: We had stayed at another property run by the parent company and couldn’t have been more disappointed when we arrived at Indian Wells RV Resort. Do not let their website photos fool you, it looks nothing like those. We booked 4 nights, stayed 1! Tight spots, we couldn’t have been closer to the park model resident next to us. This is a mobile home park, not an RV Resort. I was not even comfortable sitting outside. Packed up the next day and left to go stay at Emerald Desert RV Resort - we were so happy with that move. Two stars for location, close to everything you need, staff was friendly but unavailable on the Sunday to let anyone know we were leaving and why, bathrooms nice at main pool by the office, ok dog park and appears they are redoing a few sites - otherwise read below with other reviews regarding sites. Would NOT stay here unless desperately needed a place to stay overnight while waiting to get into a better resort.

For Indian Wells RV Resort: The place is run down with dirt and rocks on the streets. Sites are narrow and the asphalt is breaking up, so a lot of little rocks. The shrub at our site hadn't been pruned in some time with growth of about 3 foot runners. Wait, someone is outside trimming. They pulled out all the vegetation behind our site and all along the side of the resort. The second day here, they showed up with a back hoe and dug a trench for a new block wall. Noisy and dirty with workers walking around within 2 feet of the back of our rv. Never mentioned the work while reserving or paying at check in. Their corporate policy is once you have checked in, no refunds will be given for checking out . If you leave early you forfeit your money, even if they rerent the site! Very poor excuse for corporate policy and customer service. Speaking of customer service, their phone number listed on their corporate site for customer service has been disconnected. HUH!
All in all, this is a place you won't be sorry to have missed. If their corporate culture continues down this path, I would seriously consider not staying at their other resorts.

For Indian Wells RV Resort: Disappointed. Glad this was just overnight at end of a 2.5 week trip. Not a 4 Star. Seems run down. Grounds not really kept up. Spot narrow, no table, and very few restroom facilities. This is first All Stays reviewed park where rating was not accurate. The staff member in office was AOK, and friendly.

For Indian Wells RV Resort: Not sure why the 4 stars are here. It's ok. Nothing 4 stars. Everything dated, but clean and organized. That's about it. Feel like I'm in a parking lot, not a "resort". Staff is super great, but that's about it.

For Indian Wells RV Resort: Pricy $70.17 with discount.
Real small and narrow spot we got.
Stayed only one night real clean and well groomed.

For Indian Wells RV Resort: Clean, friendly. Sites were close together but it was shorty stay so fine. Worse for longer term.
