For Casa de Fruta RV Orchard Resort: Great place we stayed overnight due to other site falling through. We had a pull through full hook up with 50amp the staff are friendly and accommodating. If you have kids they have attractions like a train ride bounce house and swimming pool. Very beautiful location right off highway. Barely noticed road noise due to trees. If you have pets it’s 3 dollars extra per dog. They also have restaurant shops and wine tasting. Very happy with stay.

For Casa de Fruta RV Orchard Resort: I would give this place a 3.5 but that’s not an option. Spaces where we parked were all asphalt but there were lots of trees for shade. There is a separate place for tents on grass. Long-term residents in a different spot also. Lots of traffic noise all night. Restrooms clean. Pool was open and looked inviting. Businesses were extremely busy (deli, restaurant , grocery and play area. Full hookups. A bit pricey. Would stay again maybe not in The summer.

For Casa de Fruta RV Orchard Resort: Stayed here 4/8/2016. We called ahead for a reservation and were told they had sites available but the office would be closed by the time we got there about 7pm and just to choose a site and pay in the morning. We chose a site that had water and electric. I called the reservation line and walked up to the fruit stand, the restaurant, and the gas station to get the code for the showers but no one knew what it was. In the morning when I paid I was told I should have chosen a site closer to the front of the park and would be charged for the full hook up because the back was for long term "campers". When I was finally given the code for the showers, they were dirty. This may have been a nice park back in the day, but it is not kept up to today's standards. Evening employees have no information regarding the RV park, had no information regarding how to get in contact with a manager, no signage as to where the dividing line is for sites to choose, grass not mowed, crumbling roads, very trashy looking and overpriced at $43 a night. Would not stay here again.

For Casa de Fruta RV Orchard Resort: Sites are narrow, as stated, and uneven tho paved. Its pleasant enough, once you squeeze in, with picnic tables at each site and lots of trees. Freeway is close by but not noisy at night. Beware the "tourist" part of the park when the buses arrive! Masses of people and kids. Haven't made use of the various amenities. The pool is closed; the bathrooms looked a bit sketchy. Supposedly a Super Bowl party in the "clubhouse". And peacocks everywhere. My dog went NUTS!!!! The view, at the back of the park, is wonderful. Beautiful hills and open grassy areas and a stream.

For Casa de Fruta RV Orchard Resort: We stayed here June of 2016. This is a black top parking lot dirty & not for a M. H. With slide outs.
The rest of Casa De Fruta was very nice.
