For Pelican Point RV Park: Great location, but ...
Extremely small sites jammed up next to each other. Lots of full time residents and many have yappy dogs allowed to bark endlessly. I spoke to the managers and was told they are “dog friendly†meaning everyone else has to put up with it, we are paying $90/night and can’t enjoy sitting outside in our site.

For Pelican Point RV Park: We stayed for one night on 1/25 Nice staff and residents. Walking trail to beach very close by and around nearby golf course. Very close to the Ritz Carlton. Close to other sites. Full hook up. Must arrive by 2000 hours when office is open. Showers were ok with locking door, nearby laundry next to office. Quiet, however site pads very close to one another. No outdoor fire pits, review rules. Would stay there again. AAA discounts, with 1 pet $52 weekday
