For Fort Irwin RV Sites: Well i have return to Fort Irwin after a year on the road and visiting over 50 bases. I have not paid over 30/35 a night. I arrived and was told that the cost of the month would be 1220.00 dollars for the month. It’s really a shame that a vet that retired from this base after 30 years is charged this much to stay at my base. I put a lot of my time in th box and on the road as a patrol officer. I supported this installation by playing Santa Claus every year for 10 years never asked for any rewards. Loved enjoyed my time there it was a great place to be station. So all i got to say is reconsider staying at fort irwin unless you can afford the cost.

For Fort Irwin RV Sites: Having knowledge about this base was stationed here from 1989 and retired in 2022 Jan. Saw this camp grow from what it was to a great little get away place. They just need to finish up the ground work that would have made it one of the best sites to stay at. The front office personnel are great and can be helpful when they want to be. The utilities, showers and restrooms are among the best I’ve seen in my travels, the club house has a full kitchen and a couple of game rooms all this for $25,00 a night

For Fort Irwin RV Sites: The Post is a 30 mile drive off the Interstate. Each way. The RV Park has nice showers, a laundry room with two operating washers and dryers, and full hookups (if you have a long sewer hose and water hose). I paid $35 per night for two nights in March 2023. Extremely windy. The wind blows here about 23.5 hours each day, at least during my stay. There are no trees or shade in the RV area. There are outside tables and pretty level sites. It’s just over a two mile walk or drive to the Commissary and PX, and there are a variety of food trucks outside the PX, along with the standard fast food places. I’m glad I made the detour to see the place, shower, and do laundry, but I likely won’t return. Aim High! Go Air Force!

For Fort Irwin RV Sites: Allons! A true 11th Cav. Rv park: one big line if you don’t like the sound of freedom don’t come. This base has its own town px and commissary and very good. The soldiers are there polite. Allons How 2/11th 69-70
